This class is really more of a physio and self-restoring style of yoga, not the kind the that does fancy tricks and makes you over-bendy. We just want to have quiet bodies that don’t bother us every day and quiet minds that don’t trick us. Although it’s not a super hard class, we do core work, gently flow through yoga postures with breath, and finish with some wonderful stretches and self massage goodness. It’s real. It’s nice. It’s for every body. It’s beginner friendly. It’s yoga for humans.
Please bring your own mat to this class.

This flowing class will focus on core strength and how to get connected with it. The core work will be incorporated into the yoga postures. This class ends with stretching, self-massage, and relaxation. You will leave feeling supple and strong. Please bring your own mat to this class.

This yoga practice focuses on strengthening the little muscles that support the body's structure and keep it stable, while releasing tight areas. Although it's not a super hard class, we do core work, gently flow through yoga postures and pilates moves with breath, and finish with some self massage goodness. Beginner friendly. All bodies welcome. Masks are optional.
